Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with OpenShelf. This policy covers cancellations and refunds, as required by our payment processors.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
- If you are charged in error or experience a billing fault, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
- Monthly plans are otherwise non-refundable for the current period once used, since access is granted immediately.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
